Ladybug Farms Bakery
Ladybug Bakery has been attending area farmers markets for 20 years, providing fresh baked breads, sweets and holiday goodies. Corinne is a Swiss citizen who grew up on Long Island NY and has a strong background in food, her father was an executive chef in Manhattan and she worked with her mother who ran a popular catering service along with cooking for an area yacht club. Corinne is married to Jan who is from The Netherlands. After moving to NC Corinne started her own catering company with a good friend and the two enjoyed preparing meals and cakes for weddings and many other special occasions. Moving away from food for a while saw Corinne owning several florist shops and then as an independent wholesale cut flower supplier, which then led to a career as a grower of fine flowering plants. After a workplace injury it was back to the kitchen and Ladybug Bakery was born.
