We’re the “Late Bloomers” because we realized late in life that doing what you love truly makes work feel like play. Our family-owned business started with Ted Reid, the patriarch and original green thumb in the family. He began propagating Leyland Cypress trees as a hobby years ago, but his love for plants grew into something much bigger. Now, we’re continuing his legacy, expanding our offerings, and aiming to be your go-to nursery and landscaping team in Gaston County. And when you visit, don’t be surprised if our furry friends, Wolfie and Ruby, come trotting up to say hello. They’re part of the family too!
